Win-win situation
Private individuals residing in the Flemish Region are able to benefit from a reduction in personal income tax by lending money to ventures that can use financial support. This creates a win-win situation on the one hand for the private individual and on the other hand for the company.
Reserved for individuals who want to invest in a low-threshold way with a high return (max 7.75%) and sufficient guarantee.
The win-win loan is a subordinated loan by Flemish individuals to Flemish SMEs with the following characteristics:
Duration: 5-10 years
Annual interest rate: Min 2,625% - Max 5,25%
Annual tax credit: 2,5%
Maximum investment per individual: €75 000
Minimum investment per individual: €5 000
Maximum total amount that can be raised: €300 000
Guarantee: 30% government guarantee on the outstanding amount in case of bankruptcy
Repayment period: choose between yearly or one-off
Receive extra perks up to a lifetime ‘adventure’ membership
Adventure Venues considers tickets of €5000 up to €75 000
