- 11:00-13:00: short theoretic briefing and first sailing session with nacra 500. (Group 1)
- 13:00-15:00: lunch + inspiring speaker sharing their entrepreneurial journey and invaluable tips&tricks. (Group 1 and 2)
- 15:00-17:00: second theoretic briefing and sailing session with nacra 500. (Group 2)

Kitesurf Week Tarifa
A week kitesurfing in a small group of ambitious, adventurous people. Venue? Tarifa!
Both beginner and experienced kitesurfers are welcome.
Indoor surfing
Surfing takes you out of your comfort zone and makes you realize that nothing will happen until you make the first move. Surfing is therefore a powerful catalyst for authentic change. You find the courage and (self)confidence to surf in your own unique way.
You experience the power of a like-minded group, where you can just be yourself. In a relaxed, casual atmosphere, joys and sorrows are shared in a safe way.

INSPIRING TALK
Jiri Vermeulen will share his entrepreneurial story. He is a co-founder of the scale-up ‘Minze Health’.
Minze Health improves patients’ health and wellbeing when suffering from lower urinary tract symptoms by bringing innovative, accurate and easy-to-use medical products to the patients’ home.
The idea for the start-up arose 10 years ago after a meeting between Jiri and a urologist from UZA, which resulted in a surfing trip to Mimizan. This is where the seed was sown for Minze Health. 10 years later, Jiri is still surfing (although it's kitesurfing now), and Minze has raised €3.9M to further break through internationally.
Jiri will tell the story with wanderings from Mimizan, to Barcelona, and finally to Antwerp.

Join the helicopter and enjoy the view on the Tall Ships Race!

The Tall Ships Race is stopping in Antwerp for the 7th time. On Friday 22 July, the largest sailing ships in the world will arrive. The coolest way to admire them is from the air. That's why we're flying over it with a helicopter. That way you will see all the ships at once and enjoy a view you will never forget. The flight takes 10 minutes 🚁
You will fly together with three other Adventure Venues enthusiasts.
Afterward we'll drink a glass of bubbles together to celebrate the experience 🥂
On July 25 the race will start and the ships will sail to Aalborg in Denmark ⛵️

Beach sailing
Time for some adrenaline and fun on the beach!
Developing some speed on an empty beach is perfect for all the thrill seekers between us.
De Panne has a 425 m wide beach, without wave breakers. That’s why it’s the perfect place to beach sail.
Professionals can reach a speed of 125 km/h. However, for us, this will not be the case ;) An instructor will learn you the basics so you know how to handle your buggy, powered by the wind. The ride itself is fun and safe, so even an inexperienced pilot can do it. No specific skills are required.
