Zinal, Switzerland 🇨🇭
Zinal is a picturesque and charming Swiss village, in the area of Val d'Anniviers and with fabulous views over the five 4000'er mountains in the valley. It offers a variety of activities and attractions for visitors, regardless of their interest in skiing. In the winter, Zinal is a winter wonderland that provides breathtaking scenery, including snow-capped mountains and frozen lakes. There are many opportunities to explore the surrounding area, such as snowshoeing and hiking. The village next to Zinal is Grimentz. It is known for its well-preserved old town, which has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its traditional architecture and cultural heritage. Whether you are looking for adventure, relaxation, or a mix of both, Zinal offers a unique and memorable winter experience.

Ski resort Val d’Anniviers ⛷
The ski resorts Zinal and Grimentz are connected via a cable cabin and extend over more than 115km. Off-piste fans will also find their happiness thanks to the large freeride area at their disposal. In Zinal you ski in an impressive mountain panorama. From some of the slopes you have a view of the Matterhorn mountain in Zermatt. A wow-feeling and snow guaranteed!
The Val d’Anniviers ski pass includes skiing in neighbouring St Luc/Chandolin and Vercorin (giving 220km of slopes in total). There are 20 lifts at your disposal between 1,570 to 2,900 meters of altitude, very snow secure! You can always check out the webcams.
The beautiful ski area is a fairly quiet place, which makes it a very pleasant ski destination, with beautiful, wide, and sunny slopes. This ski domain is perfect for both beginners and advanced skiers.
Modern & cosy place to sleep
Our brand new residence (finished in 2022) is located at the foot of the Val d'Anniviers and 9 min walking from the ski lifts. It’s located in the center of Zinal, with charming little stores and cozy restaurants where you can enjoy local specialties, including a typical Swiss cheese fondue. No car is needed during your stay. The accommodation has a sauna and hot tub.
We stay in two apartments in the same chalet.
LUXURY APARTMENT 1: second floor - One bedroom with 1x double bed and another bedroom with 2x bunk beds. LUXURY APARTMENT 2: first floor - One bedroom with 1x double bed and another bedroom with 1x bunk bed and 1x separate bed.

Ski pass (CHF 299 for 6 days) ⛷. If you choose not to ski every day, it will be cheaper.
Ski material. If you rent this in Belgium, it’s cheaper.
Transportation. Carpooling.
Tourist tax 4 CHF/day
